Joe Johnston’s remake of The Wolfman starring Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving for Universal will make its way to Blu-ray Disc and DVD on June 1 after accumulating a disappointing $61.9 million at the box office.
Despite harsh reviews and low ticket sales, Universal is putting their best foot forward with The Wolfman Blu-ray treatment. Promised additional scenes and two alternate endings will be included (though no alternate cut), along with the ability to stream the original film online and a bevy of featurettes.
