Sony’s PlayStation 4 exclusive Infamous: Second Son is still a ways off, but it seems a little closer today after the Infamous: Second Son Collector’s Edition was announced, detailed, and put up for pre-order at Amazon.com.
What’s in the box, you wonder? For $20 more than buying the standard edition you will receive the game, of course, along with exclusive Collector’s Edition cover art; a premium replica of Delsin’s beanie; a set of eight pins from Delsin’s in-game vest; an official DUP patch; vinyl decals; and an exclusive in-game digital version of Delsin’s ‘Legendary’ vest.
As a bonus, you will be able to play through a series of missions in the game that bridge the gap between inFamous 2 and Infamous: Second Son. The reward for completion is unlocked Cole’s yellow and black jacket.
The hope is that Infamous: Second Son will be available to own for PS4 sometime in the first quarter of next year. Cross your fingers.
