Warner Home Video has confirmed earlier foreign retailer information listing Christopher Nolan’s summer blockbuster Inception with a Blu-ray Disc and DVD release date of December 7.
The mind-bending thriller starring Leonardo Dicaprio, Ken Watanabe, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy (just today reportedly cast in Nolan’s Batman 3), Cillian Murphy, Tom Berenger and Michael Caine will come packaged on Blu-ray combined with the DVD version. The set will include over 90 minutes of bonus features highlighted by “Extraction Mode” which may or may not be (i.e. I’m speculating) Maximum Movie Mode with Nolan. The audio format is confirmed to be 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
