The Hoy Toys Black Widow 1:6 scale action figure from the upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier film was revealed today and also activated for pre-orders. She’s light on accessories, but that has also helped bring the price down.
Based on the likeness of Scarlett Johansson from the film, the Black Widow figure features a newly sculpted head, fabric hair, and costume using multiple materials to mimic the character’s on-screen appearance. Accessories include nine (9) pieces of interchangeable gloved palms including one pair of palms for holding pistols, one pair of fists one (pair of fists with real-like electric shock effect, one pair of relaxed palms one left palm for holding mobile phone; two pistols; one pair of Widow’s Bite bracelets; one pair of Widow’s Bite bracelets with real-like electric shock effect; one mobile phone; figure base with Black Widow nameplate and the movie logo.
The Hot Toys Captain America: The Winter Soldier version of Black Widow marks the third version of the character that Hot Toys has made based on the likeness of Scarlett Johansson. Figures made for Iron Man 2 and The Avengers have long since sold out and command premium prices on Ebay. Odds are favorable this one will sell out, too.
Sideshow Collectibles has priced Black Widow at $189.99 plus shipping, with $9.50 in rewards points being offered from her purchase.
