NBC Universal Studios Home Entertainment have announced the third season of Heroes with Hayden Panettiere, Milo Ventimiglia, Masi Oka, Greg Grunberg, Ali Larter, and Mr. Spock himself Zachary Quinto will fly onto Blu-ray Disc and DVD on September 1.
Season three spans 25 episodes and two volumes across 5 discs: Villains, which aired last fall; and Fugitives, which wrapped up in late April.
Universal’s template for the first two seasons of Heroes on Blu-ray will extend to season three with 1.78:1 1080p transfers and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Unlike the previous two seasons, three will include D-BOX Motion Control support.
