Sony today officially announced via their Playstation Blog that Quantic Dream’s Heavy Rain will pour into stores on February 23 exclusively for PS3.
Earlier today news began to spread around the ‘Net about a February 16 Heavy Rain release date based on an ad in the latest issue of Sony’s Qore magazine. Once that incorrect date got back to Sony, the official announcement was quickly made.
Heavy Rain is the first title from Quantic Dream for this generation of consoles and promises to deliver a cinematic gameplay experience unlike anything before.
