HBO has announced a November 19 Blu-ray and DVD release date for Treme: Season 3, the penultimate season of the post-hurricane Katrina drama that sees its finale season premiere on December 1.
The third season of Treme takes place two year after Katrina and follows people ranging from businessmen to chefs as they try to piece their lives back together. HBO has ordered five additional episodes of Treme beyond Season 3 that will include the series finale.
The Blu-ray edition of Treme will be presented in 1.78:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. One of the bonus features is exclusive to Blu-ray as noted below.
