Our resident Blu-ray imports specialist DCSholtis clued me in on this impressive upcoming Harry Potter themed set.
The Harry Potter Years 1-6 “Prestige Edition” covers all six Harry Potter films released to-date, including Half-Blood Prince, spanning 6 discs total. It’s not the inclusion of the latest film that will catch your attention.
All of the films are housed inside a scaled replica of the Hogwarts castle. A drawer on the bottom front edge opens up to reveal the discs from a hidden compartment. It’s magic! Not really, but would be the talk of the house for any Harry Potter fan.
Amazon.com’s French site is currently pre-selling the Harry Potter Years 1-6 Prestige Edition on Blu-ray for 184.99 Euros with a November 16 release date. Here’s a direct link to the product page at Amazon through Google’s translator if you want to take the import plunge.
