Warner Home Video has announced the original Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle will be coming to Blu-ray Disc on July 29 in an “extremely unrated edition” package.
White Castle joins the newest Harold & Kumar flick, Escape from Guantanamo Bay, which is arriving on Blu-ray day-and-date with DVD on July 29.
Technical specs have not been made available for White Castle at this time. Given the current state of New Line dissolving into Warner, it’s impossible to predict whether White Castle will benefit from the former “New Line” treatment or the lossy “Warner” treatment.
Supplemental features have been ported from the special edition DVD with the added bonus of a sneak peek at Harold & Kumar 2 presented in HD, along with a standard definition digital copy on a second disc. The full list is as follows.
Audio Commentary with Director Danny Leiner and Actors John Cho and Kal Penn
