GI Joe Collecting website Hisstank.com has published the first decent look at who Snake Eyes will likely be chopping up in GI Joe: Rise of Cobra next summer.
The character revealed is a “Neo Viper,” one of the faceless minions the eventual Cobra organization will use against the Joes. He lacks the Cobra sigil or any markings denoting his affiliation, but it’s quite clear he’s not out for Sunday tea.
Whoever snapped this image had the balls to do it before or after the actor “relieved” himself in a public bathroom. So the lighting stinks and he may not be wearing his complete costume.
At the very least this image confirms Stephen Sommers has a thing for black in his Joe-verse. Aside for Storm Shadow and Cover Girl, every character revealed thus far has been decked out in partial or complete black.
GI Joe is back in black, and I’m sick of typing the word black.
