Gearbox Shares Important Duke Nukem Forever Announcement

Duke Nukem Forever for Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC has been delayed. No joke. But at least Gearbox Software and 2K Games are having some fun doling out to bad news claiming this marks the shortest delay in the history of the Duke Nukem franchise.

Duke Nukem Forever has taken forever to become a reality and was scheduled to arrive in stores on May 3 in North America and May 6 internationally. It was even recently playable at PAX East where long lines waited an eternity for a shot at controlling the Duke.

In a reversal of fortune, especially for North America, 2K Games today announced Duke Nuke Forever won’t arrive in stores until June 10 internationally and June 14 stateside. Where North America was originally the first territory to get their hands on Duke, now we’re the last.

Gearbox Software president and Duke Nukem Forever executive producer Randy Pitchford is sharing this news in his own special way which you can watch over on YouTube.
