House M.D. starring Hugh Laurie will make its Blu-ray Disc debut on August 31 with the release of season six by Universal Studios Home Entertainment. The Blu-ray release is day-and-date with the DVD.
Details are still lacking on what Universal has planned for House, but we can tell you to expect a 5-disc set, 1.78:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
Universal has set the SRP for House: Season Six on Blu-ray at $74.98, $15 more than the DVD edition. Bonus features, cover art and the Amazon.com pre-order link are forthcoming.
