Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment brought the ax down on the last standing upcoming Blu-ray Disc catalog title by indefinitely bumping ‘Me, Myself & Irene’ from its April 3 release date. With the arrival of ‘Eragon’ a week ago, the only anticipated upcoming Fox release is ‘Night At The Museum,’ and even that has yet to be officially dated by the studio despite its appearance on retail sites.
For now, the fate of previously announced and dated titles including ‘From Hell,’ ‘Dude, Where’s My Car,’ ‘Predator,’ ‘Commando,’ ‘Mr & Mrs Smith’ and a slew of others is up in the air. We’d like to think Fox is waiting for the summer season to kick in before bringing these titles back from the dead, but at this point, your guess is as good as ours.
