Fox’s press release announcing Family Guy: It’s A Trap! for Blu-ray and DVD also revealed that all three Family Guy Star Wars spoof films would be packaged together in a box set for a day-and-date December 21 release. It didn’t immediately sink in at the time but now let the celebration begin. Family Guy: Blue Harvest is coming to Blu-ray!
We confirmed the set with Blue Harvest inclusion with Fox this am, and also learned that the Family Guy Star Wars trilogy box set will be the *only* place you can purchase Family Guy Blue Harvest on Blu-ray. It will not be available for individual sale, at least not this year.
Fox also expects to pass along the cover art for the Family Guy Star Wars trilogy box set in the “near future,” and you can bet I’ll share it with you immediately upon receipt.
In the meantime, Amazon has begun accepting pre-orders for It’s A Trap on Blu-ray priced at $20.99.
