The young adult hit Divergent from director Neil Burger and starring Shailene Woodley and Theo James is coming to Digital HD on July 22, followed a couple weeks later by a Blu-ray and DVD debut on August 5.
Divergent is based on the first book in a series by Veronica Roth. While its box office business came nowhere near to that of The Hunger Games, it has earned over $250 million worldwide and there are three more films planned to complete the film series that also stars Kate Winslet, Ashley Judd, Jai Courtney, Ray Stevenson, Miles Teller and Mekhi Phifer.
Lionsgate and Summit Entertainment are presenting Divergent on Blu-ray in 1080p video and 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. The bonus features are as follows:
