On October 28, Disney will release the first of at least three direct-to-video films on Blu-ray Disc starring the Peter Pan character Tinker Bell.
Tinker Bell is the first confirmed Blu-ray title from Disney that will include access to the upcoming Disney BD Live Network. From the network, viewers will be able to instant message, stream videos, shop online, and more.
Exclusive Tinker Bell content available in the BD Live Network includes a Tinker Trainer Game where players automatically accrue Movie Reward Points via their BD Live Network membership, and can also collect parts to build a music box. The points can be redeemed for Tinker Bell wallpapers and exclusive virtual jewelry.
