The countdown to Showtime’s Dexter: Season 7 premiere is a day shy of one month away. Showtime has never been shy about pumping up their flagship series, and is rolling out new installments of its Dexter Early Cuts web series to get the blood flowing, so to speak.
Dexter himself Michael C. Hall provides the narration for Dexter Early Cuts with comic book artist David Mack providing the visuals. In the first of two chapters of ‘All in the Family’ which you can watch below, Dexter is on the hunt for a New Year’s Eve killer at the turn of the millennium in 2000. It portrays an earlier part of Dexter’s life prior to the events depicted in the cable series.
While a month may seem like a long time to return to the world of Dexter Morgan, Showtime will be rolling out a new Dexter Early Cuts chapter every week up to the Season 7 premiere on Sunday, September 30.
