CGI sharks are after Samuel L. Jackson, Thomas Jane, LL Cool J, Saffron Burrows and Stellan Skarsgard in Deep Blue Sea, the 1999 Renny Harlin (Cliffhanger, Die Hard 2) thriller that has been cleared for a Blu-ray Disc debut on October 12.
Warner Bros. will be presented Deep Blue Sea on Blu-ray in 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. The catalog film will include a handful of bonus features: a commentary by director Renny Harlin and Samuel L. Jackson, When Sharks Attack and The Sharks of Deep Blue Sea featurettes, deleted scenes with optional director commentary and the theatrical trailer.
Deep Blue Sea on Blu-ray carries an SRP of $24.98 and should sell for less than $20 when released. Amazon.com pre-order information is not available yet but you can check out the cover art below.
