Universal has released the complete Fast & Furious Blu-ray Disc specs to complete the partial specs I published back on May 19. They have also confirmed the Franchise Collection with all four films will be released exclusively on DVD and not on Blu-ray.
Recapping what we already knew, Fast & Furious with Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster is speeding onto Blu-ray in 1080p video, 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, with D-BOX Motion Code included on the disc.
The “special edition” release will span two discs with the second disc including a digital copy expiring July 31, 2010. The high-def film and all its bonus features, outlined in their entirety below, are on the BD-50 first disc.
