Amazon.com’s new Blu-ray deal of the week is all about the Caped Crusader in his pre-Christopher Nolan incarnation.
From now through this upcoming Saturday, Amazon is selling the Batman: The Motion Picture Anthology 1989-1997 Blu-ray box set for a mere $26.99 or 58% off the $64.98 list price.
Breaking that price down, anyone who takes advantage of this deal will be scoring Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, Batman & Robin, and a host of bonus features, for around $6.75 a movie. Not too shabby for the Tim Burton and Joel Schumacher films, even if the latter efforts leave much to be desired.
