Blood flows freely in the new multiplayer trailer for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed 3. So much so that you have to wonder if there isn’t some internal competition in their marketing department to see how many kills they can cram into one promotional spot.
To succeed in Assassin’s Creed 3 multiplayer modes, you will have to master the art of stealth. Almost all the kills on display are the result of the victim not noticing the assassin sneaking up on them for the kill blow. Watch out for the Glimmer cloak that turns an assassin almost invisible, but not quite. In fact the “glimmer” effect almost gives itself away from afar.
Assassin’s Creed 3 turns the snows of Colonial America blood red when it arrives in stores on October 30 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and the PC. A Wii U version will be available on that console’s November 18 launch day.
