Online retailer has temporarily slashed the price on three recently released Blu-ray sets sending each hurtling into the top 10 hourly bestsellers list.
The current bestselling Blu-ray title is Marc Webb’s (500) Days of Summer whose price has been cut 68% down to $12.99. Typically the top slot goes to a large spectacle film so its appearance above The Twilight Saga: New Moon and Star Trek is surprising, regardless of the lower price.
Jennifer’s Body with Megan Fox feeding her hunger currently sits in the fourth spot. It also is priced at $12.99 which seems to be a sweet spot for previously hesitant buyers.
The big deal is The Mel Brooks Collection on Blu-ray priced at $55.99 which equates to paying roughly $6.20 for each of the 9 films included in the set. That’s a Black Friday kind of deal and probably the lowest this set will be priced at for some time.
