300 director Zack Snyder returns to the Frank Miller graphic novel-inspired franchise as a producer on the sequel 300: Rise of an Empire, locked in to debut on Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD on a release date of June 24.
300: Rise of an Empire follows the tragic events of 300 as Xerxes as two armies wage war against one another. The film stars Sullivan Stapleton, Evan Green, and returning cast members Lena Headey and Rodrigo Santoro.
