Jack Bauer’s 8th and last hurrah on television will be coming to Blu-ray on December 7 as confirmed yesterday by Fox Home Entertainment. A complete series DVD set is also planned for the same date.
Specs will be the obvious 1.78:1 1080p video and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Aside from that, the only additional information Fox is offering at this time is the promise of an alternate ending for the series finale. Further details and cover art are coming at a later date.
Currently the only past season of 24 available on Blu-ray is season seven.
