A pair of new X-Men: Apocalypse posters have been released in the wild, each choosing a side in the 1983 war that will either destroy the earth or save it from an ancient mutant threat that’s taken offense to its state.
The first poster chooses to “destroy ” and features the film’s destructive antagonist, Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac), along with his selection of four modern-day horseman to carry out his wishes: an age-defying Magneto (Michael Fassbender), Angel (Ben Hardy), Storm (Alexandra Shipp) and Psylocke (Olivia Munn).
In contrast, the next poster features the X-Men in armored uniform, assembled under a now clearly bald Professor X (James McAvoy) that means business. They include Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Quicksilver (Evan Peters), Beast (Nicholas Hoult), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), and Kodi Smit-Mcphee (Nightcrawler).
X-Men: Apocalypse will have a tough act to follow in Captain America: Civil War when it blasts in theaters on May 27th.
