Watch Developers Play Dying Light Co-Op for Over Four Minutes

Techland’s Dying Light is less than a week from offering up a new take on the zombie apocalyptic shooter designed for new-gen PS4, Xbox One and PC platforms. The open world action-survival game presents two completely different gaming scenarios when playing during the day and at night.

With the imminent release a mere stone’s throw away, the gang at Techland decided to record themselves playing the Dying Light co-op mode for over four minutes and post it up on YouTube. Joining in for the fun are producer Tymon Smektała, game designer Maciej Binkowski, brand manager Paweł Modliński, and assistant producer Marcel Mitraszewski. You can watch their cooperative gameplay session in its entirety below.

Cooperative play is built into the Dying Light campaign mode allowing up to three additional players to drop in or out at any time. Additionally there are a series of special cooperative challenges scattered throughout the open world.

Dying Light arrives for PS4, Xbox One and PC next week on Tuesday, January 27. Remember that it was cancelled for Xbox 360 and PS3 to ensure no corners were cut.
