Thus far the Mario Party 10 with Mario amiibo bundle pre-order has been an elusive creature to snare in the wild. It has popped up at two online retailers thus far and sold out within minutes of availability at each. This morning it has returned to Amazon and is ready to be pre-ordered.
The Mario Party 10 with Mario amiibo first appeared for pre-order on New Egg last week and were quickly gobbled up. The second appearance was on Amazon.com Friday afternoon where again they sold out in freakishly fast time for no other reason than the word “amiibo” is in the title. Where “amiibo” is, opportunistic resellers follow.

Fast forward to this morning and Walmart.com has begun accepting pre-orders for the amiibo Mario Party 10 bundle at the same $59.99 retail price as the other stores did. As of the time of this post it is still available. If you’re worried about it selling out at other stores like Target, GameStop, Toys “R” Us, etc., then lock in your pre-order using the following link.
There’s also a new report floating around confirming that the Mario amiibo in this bundle, part of the new Super Mario subset of amiibos with red bases that arrive in stores alongside Mario Party 10 on a March 20, 2015 release date, is a timed exclusive to this bundle. On other words, you won’t be able to pick up this Mario amiibo figure by itself in stores until some unknown later date after March 20.
And here we thought the Toad amiibo in that series would be the hard one to get. That title, at least for now, appears to belong to the mustachioed plumber.
