Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse starring Eliza Dushku gained momentum through its freshman season after a slow start and by its finale was all but assured a second season renewal. If you’re like me and have some catching up to do before season two airs this fall, the DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of season one is the best place to start.
