By now you’ve certainly seen Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes at retail stores. Maybe not Groot and Rocket Raccoon as they’ve been harder to come by, but the first wave of product is definitely out and ready to put creative minds to use.
What you might not realize is there’s a PC version of Disney Infinity 2.0 Marvel Super Heroes and the core game is absolutely free. That’s right; you can download it from right here to a Window 7/8/Vista PC and start playing immediately with various starter toys and figures that rotate, and Toy Boxes created on the PC version can be moved into the console versions and vice-versa.
The catch is that you’re only getting the Toy Box 2.0 demo and limited time to demo the Play Sets. You will have to refer friends or pay to unlock characters and The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy and Spider-Man Play Sets. Thanks to the kind folks at Disney Interactive, a few of you will get a head start.
One lucky reader will score PC codes to add the Spider-Man Play Set and Iron Fist figures to their Disney Infinity 2.0 PC game. Four runner-ups will each score an Iron Fist PC code.
