Groundhog Day 15th Anniversary DVD Sweepstakes

“Phil Connors?” Not a single soul could watch Heroes: Season Two without that short question echoing through their brain. Of course I’m referencing Stephen Tobolowsky, the actor who plays a small role in Heroes but made his first big pop culture splash in Groundhog Day as the persistently dorky insurance salesman Ned Ryerson.

It’s hard to believe Groundhog Day turns 15 this year. With the real Groundhog Day coming up on February 2, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is re-releasing the classic Bill Murray comedy in an all-new 15th Anniversary Edition DVD, due in stores January 29.

In conjunction with Sony, we’re giving away 5 copies of Groundhog Day: 15th Anniversary Edition on DVD to the 5 luckiest people who enter this contest. For a shot at winning, fill out and submit the form below. To increase your odds of winning, return each day while the contest is still running and submit again.

Special features on the Groundhog Day 15th Anniversary DVD include The Study of Groundhogs: A Real Life Look at Marmots; Audio Commentary with Director Harold Ramis; The Weight of Time Documentary; Deleted Scenes; and A Different Day: An Interview with Harold Ramis.

About Groundhog Day: Do you ever have deja vu? Didn’t you just ask me that? Bill Murray is at his wry, wisecracking bestin this riotous romantic comedy about a weatherman caught in a personal time warp on the worst day of his life. Teamed with a relentlessly cheerful producer (Andie MacDowell) and a smart-aleck cameraman (Chris Elliott), TV weatherman Phil Connors (Bill Murray) is sent to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania,to cover the annual Groundhog Day festivities. But on his way out of town, Phil is caught in a giant blizzard, which he failed to predict, and finds himself stuck in small-town hell. Just when things couldn’t get worse, they get worse; Phil wakes the next morning to find it’s Groundhog Day all over again… and again… and again”Cheered by critics as Bill Murray’s best movie ever.
