Illumination Entertainment successfully launched another mega franchise this past summer on the heels of Despicable Me and Minions. The Secret Life of Pets was one of the summer’s biggest hits and is now arriving on Digital just in time for Black Friday shopping.
The Secret Life of Pets stars the voice talent of Louis C.K., Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Heart, Ellie Kemper, Lake Bell, Steve Coogan, Dana Carvey, Jenny Slate, Bobby Moynihan, Hannibal Buress and Albert Brooks. The Digital HD release date is November 22nd with the Blu-ray and Digital versions arriving in stores on December 6th.

For their fifth fully-animated feature-film collaboration, Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures present The Secret Life of Pets, a comedy about the lives our pets lead after we leave for work or school each day. Taking place in a Manhattan apartment building, Max’s life as a favorite pet is turned upside down, when his owner brings home a sloppy mongrel named Duke. They have to put their quarrels behind when they find out that an adorable white bunny named Snowball is building an army of abandoned pets determined to take revenge on all happy-owned pets and their owners.
