Do you miss those 1980s horror films like Gremlins that didn’t need a lot of gore to provide a good time? Filmmaker Michael Dougherty (Trick ‘r Treat) did and that’s part of the reason he created Krampus, a new holiday classic that starts off innocently enough and then spirals into a nightmarish tale of survival for two related families at odds with one another.
I understand it’s not Christmas-time now but that shouldn’t stop you from checking out the highly entertaining Krampus when it arrives on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD beginning April 26th. In fact, we have two copies of the Krampus Blu-ray, DVD and Digital combo pack being given away in this contest.

When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max (Emjay Anthony) is disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas. Little does he know, this lack of festive spirit has unleashed the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers.
All hell breaks loose as beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own, laying siege to the fractured family’s home and forcing them to fight for each other if they hope to survive.
The horror-comedy also stars Adam Scott, Toni Collette, David Koechner, Allison Tolman, Conchata Ferrell, Stefania Lavie Owen and Krista Stadler.
