After Andy Whitfield helped make Spartacus: Blood and Sand a hit for Starz, the network was forced to push back a second season when Whitfield took time off to battle the cancer that recently claimed his life. Helping pass the time between seasons is Spartacus: Gods of the Arena, a prequel one-off series that includes many of the key players from Blood and Sand leading up to the events of the first show.
Spartacus: Gods of the Arena is now available on Blu-ray and DVD, and we’ve teamed up with Anchor Bay Home Entertainment to offer three of you a chance to win the DVD version (a Blu-ray contest will be launched in the near future).
