With Top Gun: Maverick still scheduled for a June 24th, 2020 theatrical release, Paramount Home Entertainment is not wasting a prime opportunity to dip into star Tom Cruise’s catalog for inspirational 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray debuts.
Multiple online retailers including Amazon and Target have listed a May 19th release date for Days of Thunder, the original Top Gun, and War of the Worlds on 4K Ultra HD.
Additionally the original Top Gun will be available in a Steelbook package.
Paramount has not officially announced these titles but we expect the announcement to arrive sooner rather than later.
If there’s any additional bonus features, which we don’t anticipate, those will be shared from the announcement.
