Sony’s Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire wrangled up over $45 million at the domestic box office its opening weekend. The studio wasted no time in getting 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray pre-orders active to time with the sequel’s theatrical debut.
In total there are three different configurations of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire on 4K UHD available to pre-order at Amazon. The most popular is the SteelBook Collector’s Edition package with unique artwork. Currently priced at $55.99, its price — and the next two configurations — should all drop ahead of their future release.

If you’re not interested in paying a premium for a SteelBook case then you can pre-order the Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire 4K UHD in standard packaging at Amazon. It’s currently priced $5 less than the SteelBook.
Lastly Sony has packaged up the standard Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire with its predecessor, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, and is offering them in one package along with an exclusive Ghostbusters logo ice mold. This two-movie collection is currently priced at $85.99.
It’s too early to share a release date for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire on 4K UHD and Blu-ray, but you can expect it to land somewhere early this summer, most likely in June.
