Nickelodeon’s insanely popular SpongeBob Squarepants franchise breaks into live action in the feature film The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. Following a successful theatrical run, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water has next charted a course for a variety of home video formats right around the time kids will be clocking out of school and entering their summer breaks.
The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water will first wash ashore in Digital HD on May 19. Two weeks later you can expect to see The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water available to own on Blu-ray 3D, Blu-ray, DVD and VOD.
Both Blu-ray combo packs include DVD and Digital HD versions of the film. The Blu-ray 3D combo pack will additionally include the film on Blu-ray 2D. All HD presentations will feature audio in 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
All of the following bonus features are exclusive to both Blu-ray combo packs. A Thank Gosh It’s Monday deleted scene in 3D is exclusive to the Blu-ray 3D combo pack. The DVD edition does not include any extras.
