Director Sam Raimi’s The Quick and the Dead western starring Sharon Stone, Gene Hackman, Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio is riding onto 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and 4K digital platforms on July 17th.
Sony’s put a little extra effort into ensuring this new edition of the 1995 flick is worth picking up. For starters, the entire film has been fully restored in 4K from the original camera negative. Likewise the audio has been remixed with Dolby Atmos to complete the presentation upgrade.
Also included on the 4K disc are seven all-new bonus features and the original theatrical trailer. Legacy bonus features can be found in the inclusive Blu-ray version.
