HBO’s The Last of Us: The Complete First Season will received its second 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release on March 18th, an upgraded case to Steelbook packaging.
The discs inside the case are identical to the previous 4K UHD release.
This upcoming The Last of Us: Season One 4K UHD Steelbook is a limited edition release and has already pre-sold out at Amazon and GRUV. Fingers crossed more become available after its street date comes and goes.
The Last of Us takes place 20 years after modern civilization has been destroyed. Joel, a hardened survivor, is hired to smuggle Ellie, a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone. What starts as a small job soon becomes a brutal and heartbreaking journey as they both must traverse the U.S. and depend on each other for survival.
