Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have carved out July 23rd, 2024 as the release date for the debut of Orson Welles’ The Lady in Shanghai on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray. The 1947 classic stars Rita Hayworth and Welles himself.
For this release, Sony have gone back to the original camera negative to create a new 4K master with Dolby Vision. Audio will be presented in DTS-HD Master Audio mono.
A trio of legacy bonus features accompany the 4K debut of The Lady From Shanghai.
