Lionsgate Home Entertainment has announced plans to release The Age of Adaline on home video in a three-pronged approach, starting with the Digital HD version on August 25. You will be able to order the film On Demand starting September 4, while the Blu-ray and DVD editions bring up the rear on September 8.
Age of Adaline stars Blake Lively, Michiel Huismanm, Kathy Baker, Harrison Ford, Ellen Burstyn and the man destined to play young Han Solo for Lucasfilm in the untitled Han Solo Star Wars Anthology film, Anthony Ingruber, in the tale of a 29-year old woman who stops aging after surviving a terrible accident. Her secret stays bottled up for 80 years until she’s befriended by a man and his parents that guide her to face her destiny.
The Blu-ray edition of The Age of Adaline is a combo pack release with DVD and Digital HD that will include the following bonus features:
- “A Love Story for the Ages” featurette
- “Style Throughout the Ages” featurette
- Audio Commentary with Director Lee Toland Krieger
- “Discovering Young Harrison Ford: Anthony Ingruber, An Online Sensation” featurette
