Warner Bros. Discovery have announced a February 27th release date for Steven Soderbergh’s disaster thriller Contagion to debut on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and Digital formats with a brand new transfer completed for this release.

The 4K restoration and remastering of Contagion with HDR came from the original camera negative, was overseen by Soderbergh, and completed at Warner Bros. Discovery’s Motion Picture Imaging (MPI).
Contagion will be accompanied by a trio of legacy bonus features. They are:

- The Contagion Detectives – Featurette
- Contagion – How a Virus Changes the World –Featurette
Contagion stars an ensemble cast including Marion Cottilard, Matt Damon, Laurence Fishburne, Jude Law, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Winslet, Bryan Cranston, Jennifer Ehle, and Sanaa Lathan.
