The drug war thriller Sicario from director Denis Villeneuve and starring Emily Blunt, Benicio Del Toro, Josh Brolin and Victor Garber is headed to Digital HD on December 22, followed by a Blu-ray and DVD release on January 5.
Sicario was a selection of the 2015 Cannes Film Festival that was produced for roughly $30 million. It has earned over $79 million worldwide thus far thanks in part to stellar reviews and a fantastic cast.
Lionsgate is including a Dolby Atmos soundtrack encoded in Dolby TrueHD on the Sicario Blu-ray release. A small selection of bonus features have also been assembled for the Sicario home video release as follows:
