GKids and Shout! Factory have announced an August 4th North American release date for the animated film Ride Your Wave on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital.
Ride Your Wave is directed by Masaaki Yuasa (Devilman Crybaby, Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!) and deals with a combination of grief and romance.
The English language dub, which is in addition to the original Japanese language track, features the voice talents of Joey Richter as Minato, Merit Leighton (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power) as Hinako, Sarah Williams as Yoko, and Michael Johnston as Wasabi.
