Christopher Nolan’s summer hit Oppenheimer is finally making its way to 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and Digital on November 21st, 2023, right in the holiday shopping season. It won’t be coming to DVD so this is a high definition release all around.

Oppenheimer was a big theatrical release earning more than $942 million dollars worldwide. As such, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment have assembled over three hours worth of bonus features highlighted by a massive “Making of Oppenheimer” documentary.

Oppenheimer was shot on IMAX cameras, but the aspect ratio shifts during the film between 2.20 and 1.78. This unique feature will carry through from the theatrical presentation to all home video formats.
The 4K presentation of Oppenheimer features HDR and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio, which is also found on the Blu-ray format. Oppenheimer will not include Dolby Atmos audio support.
Starring in Oppenheimer are Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr., Florence Pugh, Josh Hartnett, Casey Affleck with Rami Malek, and Kenneth Branagh.
