Sony’s space thriller Life starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebecca Ferguson & Ryan Reynolds has been cleared for a Digital HD debut on June 2nd followed by 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD versions on June 20th.
Life is directed by Daniel Espinosa and comes from the minds of Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. It earned just over $78 million at the worldwide box office from an estimated budget of $58 million. Most of the film’s ticket sales came from international territories as many moviegoers weren’t interested in seeing yet another strange alien organism tear through a spaceship and its crew.
