In a little over 24 hours, director Damien Chazelle’s La La Land is widely expected to win numerous Academy Awards including Best Picture and potentially individual honors for stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone.
Lionsgate Home Entertainment has held off on announcing La La Land for home video in anticipation of the Oscars onslaught of wins. That hasn’t stopped them from opening up La La Land Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD pre-orders.
The La La Land Blu-ray pre-order is going for $19.99 and is hanging out on the fringe of Amazon’s Blu-ray bestsellers chart. That will change come Monday morning.
La La Land on DVD will set you back the same $19.99, while the La La Land 4K Blu-ray is priced a little steeper at $29.99.
Our expectation is for Lionsgate to formally announce the La La Land Blu-ray release date next week and we’ll pass along all the details once they are made available.
