Kathryn Bigelow’s Detroit from Fox Home Entertainment and Annapurna Pictures is coming to Digital HD on November 28th, followed by a Blu-ray and DVD release on December 12th. A 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray version is not planned at this time.
Detroit stars John Boyega, Will Poulter, Algee Smith, Jacob Latimore, John Krasinski and Anthony Mackie. The film is based on the 12th Street Riot in Detroit that occurred 50 years ago in 1967.
For its home video release, Fox is including numerous Detroit bonus features that explore the film’s historical significance.
