‘Glory’ Returning to 4K UHD with Restored Dolby Vision Transfer and SteelBook

The Civil War epic Glory starring Matthew Broderick, Denzel Washington and Morgan Freeman is returning to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray on June 4th this year with some notable upgrades in celebration of the film’s 35th anniversary.

The 2019 4K UHD debut of Glory was a solid transfer that left most fans quite happy with the 4K presentation. Sony has gone back to the original camera negative and cut a new transfer with Dolby Vision, which was absent in 2019.

In addition this new Glory 4K UHD release will come in a SteelBook package with new artwork, and include a Digital Copy.

The 4K disc will include a pair of bonus features:

  • Visual Feature-Length Commentary
  • Theatrical Trailer

While the inclusive Blu-ray is loaded with carryforward legacy extras:
