Explore the Interstellar Movie Science at New Website as Blu-ray and DVD Release Date Nears

Confused by some of the overwhelming scientific jargon and explanations in Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar starring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Michael Caine? If so, you are from alone.

The mathematical reasoning behind the events of Interstellar confused many moviegoers this past holiday season, and that’s why Paramount and Warner Bros. rightfully felt a micro-website dedicated to the Interstellar movie science was an appropriate way to promote the upcoming Blu-ray and DVD release.

Dubbed the “Bite Size Science” micro-site, this single-page basket of Interstellar movie science lesson snippets delves into everything from black holes to towering tidal waves to the spacecraft seen in the film. It uses illustration more so than verbiage as to get the point across in the most simplistic terms possible.

My recommendation is to not read the entire site until after watching Interstellar at least once. Outright narrative spoilers aren’t present but some smaller surprises are openly discussed.

The fantastic and aurally pleasing Interstellar Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD combo pack drops into stores on March 31. Pre-order your copy here.
