Academy-Award winning writer/director Bong Joon Ho’s Memories of Murder highlights a total of five Blu-ray titles joining the Criterion Collection in April 2021.
Memories of Murder will arrive on April 20th and span two Blu-ray Discs. A new 4K digital restoration has been employed, supervised by cinematographer Kim Hyung Ku and approved by Bong Joon Ho.

Maybe the 4K restoration will lead to a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release in the future? We’ll have to wait to find out.
The other titles joining the Blu-ray Criterion Collection in April include Irma Vep (April 27th), History is Made at Night (April 13th), The Furies (April 20th), and Masculin Feminin (April 27th).
